Who is KloofCorner for?
KloofCorner is for residential communities and the people who care for them: residents, tenants, owners, trustees or board members, and managing agents.
Can I register a new scheme?
Yes. Create an account, add your scheme’s name and locality, and choose whether signed-in users can find it. You’ll become its first trustee, with administration and quote-voting permissions.
How do I join my existing community?
Sign in, find your scheme and request membership. Its administrators will confirm your connection before granting access. Invitation-only schemes can be joined through an invitation from their administrators.
Is our community information private?
Scheme information is available according to membership and role. Search shows only listed scheme names and localities to signed-in accounts. Household conversations, management discussions and shared guest workspaces each have their own access rules.
Can I be part of more than one scheme?
Yes. Use one account across multiple schemes, with separate roles and memberships in each. Managing agents have a portfolio view, while owners can see their properties together.
